EPS
and Project Creation
It is necessary to create EPS and projects using software.
Phases involved:
Phase
1:
Open Primavera, click Enterprise EPS.
Click on ADD in the window, a new EPS will be created
and type EPS ID and EPS name, and click close.
Phase
2 :
Once EPS has been created, we can add the project by file-new project or by
clicking on new project icon from the command bar.
You can add project ID and project name and click Finish.
Phase
3:
Click on the project icon from the directory bar, you can check the creation of
EPS with the project.
Later ,we can add resources to the project.
Therefore, EPS with a project designated as "Project Name" is
called "Your Company Name".
Note: It is applicable by using Primavera P-6,
i am using this software presently whenever i have to arrange labour, scope of
work and rates associated with the required budget of the project.
