So, Weight of cement =

1 bag of cement = 50 kg
So,Number of cement bags = 273.6 kg / 50 = 5.47 No.’s

Thus,
Quantity of sand =
volume of cement x 6
Quantity of sand = 0.19 m³ x 6 = 1.14
